Android System Webview is disabled so have enabled it

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version:7.0
Operating system:Android

Steps to reproduce:
(1)It is disabled so have enabled it
(2) Android App is disabled. 
(3)Why this not supporting my phone

Expected result:enabled	Android	system webview install

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Chrome provides its own version of the Android System Webview so the default one is disabled. If you wish to get the system one enabled you need to disable or remove chrome.
