Fix tests to work with NativeSMB FSP

The Files app tests for Add New Services need to be fixed to account to NativeSMB.

crrev.com/c/1197222 disabled NativeSMB for Files app tests, however it's better if Files app run tests with this enabled since it's closer to what our users experience.
