Tab Crash feedback increased in ID

Chrome Version: Chrome 45
OS: Win 10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open new tab
(2)Chrome crashes


What is the expected result?

Users seem to see this error in M45 (yeah old version) and from ID


Seems to be an spike coming from ID

Unable to reproduce the issue on latest chrome 68.0.3440.106 using Windows 10.
Steps:
-----
1. Launched chrome 
2. Navigated to given URL's and some popular sites 
As we are not seen any crashes 
@reporter: Could you please upgrade to latest chrome stable 68.0.3440.106 and chrome beta 69.0.3497.57(Rolling out as stable very soon), you can download latest chrome builds here:" https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel ". Also provide crash id from "chrome://crashes" and If possible provide test credentials for access the URL's

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
Chrome 45 is no longer supported. We haven't pushed code to that branch in about 3 years.
