Tooltip text for editing the shortcuts on google homepage tab is wrong

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3535.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open new tab.
2. Hover over 3 dots on any shortcut.
3. The tooltip reads "1Edit shortcut" rather than "Edit shortcut"

What is the expected behavior?
The tooltip should read "Edit shortcut" rather than "1Edit shortcut"

What went wrong?
There is some typo in tooltip text.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 70.0.3535.0  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.13.6
Flash Version:

ashokkumarrathore@ Thanks for the issue.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.13.3 on the latest Canary 70.0.3538.0, but unable to reproduce the issue on the equivalent Dev build as the NTP is different.
Note: Issue is not applicable to Linux, as Canary is not available.

Hence marking this issue as Untriaged and requesting 'UI>Browser>NewTabPage' team to look into the issue and help in further triaging.
