Raising to P1 feature request because of P1 869557 which is blocked (directly or indirectly) on this.

Could we please make progress on this issue? It is a blocker for running Chromium GPU tests on Skia's Swarmed bots per  Issue 869557 . Thanks.

Haven't been tagging this bug, but I should be able to deploy it in the next week or two. Main updates have been on issue 877775.
