Quick view feature on video files does not play audio

ChromeOS  10895.40.0, 69.0.3497.73  beta-channel  cave 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Download some video files
(2) Select a video file and press spacebar key for quickview

What is the expected result?
Video should be played along with audio

What happens instead?
Video is played without any audio

Issue reproduced on M68 10718.88.2, 68.0.3440.118 stable-channel as well.

I can't repro this. Do you just need to hit 'unmute'?

I think this is WAI, but feel free to reopen.

'mute' is enabled by default for quick view (makes sense?). Clicking the speaker with a line through it will unmute.
