Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Navigate to Settings -> Advanced -> Content Settings -> Cookies
2. Click "Add" under any of Blocked, Clear On Exit, or Allow
3. As per the placeholder, type in *.example.com

What is the expected behavior?
The placeholder shows an accurate example of what to enter

What went wrong?
Trying to enter what the placeholder suggests gives a validation error
