Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connect MS PC to remote Pixelbook with screen resolution more than 1200x800
2. Move mouse cursor on PC down or to the right
3. Observe cursor on Pixelbook which stops at a certain distance from left and top and doesn't move any more regardless of cursor movement on PC.
4. Change Pixelbook screen resolution to 1200x800 and mouse cursor can now reach Shelf.

What is the expected behavior?
The extension works in all Pixelbook resolutions.

What went wrong?
Mouse cursor refuses to move on screen see above.
