Tab crash when creating fetch/XHR from isolated world execution context

Reported by boris.ok...@ub.io, Aug 30

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. create an isolated world execution context with Page.createIsolatedWorld
2. open DevTools, Console, switch to isolated world execution context
3. send `fetch('https://github.com')`
4. observe the tab crash

What is the expected behavior?
Tab should not crash, the promise should either resolve or reject, the behaviour should match the default execution context

What went wrong?
Tab crashed

Did this work before? No
