Issue description

"IndexedDBDispatcherHostTest.NotifyIndexedDBContentChanged" is flaky.

This issue was created automatically by the chromium-try-flakes app. Please find the right owner to fix the respective test/step and assign this issue to them. If the step/test is infrastructure-related, please add Infra-Troopers label and change issue status to Untriaged. When done, please remove the issue from Sheriff Bug Queue by removing the Sheriff-Chromium label.

This test was reported as flaky, but there have not been many occurrences, so I'm not sure it's worth disabling. Unfortunately, I could not analyze it with findit due to a login error (even though I am logged in).

The test is failing due to an unexpected call to the |connection_callbacks| IndexedDBDatabaseCallback of one of the TestDatabaseConnections:

I notice that NotifyIndexedDBListChanged was disabled last year because it was also flaky (see issue 772067), though from the bug it's not clear whether the issue was related.

What does "Connection is closing." mean in this context?
