nassh: please make username optional

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. type "ssh hostname" or click on an ssh://hostname link

What is the expected behavior?
ssh to the hostname using the username of the currently logged in user, as any other ssh client would.

What went wrong?
username must be specified.

Should be in Platform>Apps>Default>Hterm, but I can't see how to change that...

The issue seems to be out of TE-scope as it is related to Platform>Apps>Default>Hterm. Hence, adding label TE-NeedsTriageHelp and ccing vapier@ to please have a look into the issue.
