Steps to reproduce the problem:
ServiceWorkerRegistration.showNotification() ignores the option requireInteraction on Windows 10.

What is the expected behavior?
When requireInteraction is true, then the notification should not be closed or minimized automatically.

What went wrong?
The notification is displayed only for a few seconds.

Tested with this service worker: https://pushpad.xyz/service-worker.js It works on Chrome on Mac, but not on Chrome on Windows (which ignores the require_interaction option)
