Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.12; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. set controls and preload="none" on a video element 2. video element shows loading icon although nothing is actually loading(no network requst is made for the video) What is the expected behavior? Video element should show the play icon without loading if preload="none" set. What went wrong? That's mostly a minor UI/UX issue, because it makes users think that something is loading but actually it isn't. Firefox/Opera show only the play icon for preloading="none". Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 68 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.12 Flash Version: This issue appeared after recent Media Elements UI update.
