Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 68.0.3440.106 using Windows 10. The issue seems to be fixed in latest beta#69.0.3497.72 and latest canary#70.0.3537.0

@shabnamkabeer: Could you please check the same on the mentioned latest chrome version(s) and let us know the behaviour. Please find the below URL to download the latest chrome versions. Any further inputs from your end may be helpful.

Could this change be reconsidered? Double-clicking on the top left corner of a window to close it has been a standard behavior in Microsoft Windows since at least version 3.0, 28 years ago, and Chrome has matched that behavior since at least version 12.0, 7 years ago.

It should need more than the opinion of one user to change it.
Agree with nmai...@gmail.com:
Chrome has matched that behavior (double-clicking on the top left corner of a window to close it).

Recently I have updated Google Chrome to version 69.0.3497.92 and this behavior has been changed to "restore window" :(

Revert this behavior to standard "close window" behavior, please.
