This bug tracks the effort to easily surface the INA resolution for dut-power and other efforts.
This will aid with sizing of sense resistors, and give a certain reliability of the readings.

The idea is to abstract away for each INA type their registers etc and give a notion of how many bits the readings are currently based on.
