No, this also happens on desktop (the trace above is taken on linux desktop). In the trace above, there's a layout that takes >600ms (>450ms CPU time), followed by another one a little later that's also >300ms.

Taking a trace here shows 28622 elements having style computation on the first pass, which is a huge number of elements for a page.
Look at the brands section on the left, it has a _lot_ of items.
document.querySelectorAll("#brands *").length gives 21402. I'd say this is a site issue.
