(1) Open system tray in desktop mode
(2) Switch to tablet mode by flipping screen

Expected Result:
System tray stays on the screen

Actual Result:
System tray is closed

always

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
Not critical.
User can reopen the system tray again manually.

I confirmed this doesn't happen when this patch is reverted.
