Broken text painting on Android ContentShell.apk

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Check out and build ContentShell.apk with steps described in https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/docs/android_build_instructions.md

gn gen --args='target_os="android"' out/Default
ninja -C out/Default content_shell_apk
(I tested on 70.0.3536.1 and 01fc2265e89ddd4d1308464d1970cc0155d480c6)

2. Install and launch Content Shell.
3. Open any site.

What is the expected behavior?
The website should be painted correctly.

What went wrong?

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 70.0.3537  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.0
Flash Version: 

This issue does not occur on ChromePublic.apk. It works well.

68.0.3440.132 does not have this issue, so it seems be a regression.

babatakao@ could you please provide us with a reduced test case( preferably an html file) for ease of reproducing.

The issue seems easy to reproduce with long-text contents. This HTML is the smallest one I could reproduce with.

Additionally, I found that the issue does not occur on other devices.

Able to reproduce on: Nexus 5X (6.0.1)
Unable to reproduce on: Nexus 5X (8.0.0), ZenFone 5 (8.0.0), HTC 10 (7.0),

Tested the issue as per c#6 on nexus 5(6.0.1) using reported version chrome #70.0.3537.0 and unable to reproduce this issue.

Attaching screen-cast for reference.

@Reporter:Could you please check this issue by installing latest chrome beta #70.0.3538.22 and let us know if issue persists.

Thank you for reply. As I wrote at first, this issue does not occur on Chrome. 
Only ContentShell.apk has the issue.
