This broke due to https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/commit/a089efa97c10aec26290f7ce7e73deec0d93c42c

I think the CL there is problematic so I've posted a note on it.

The test appears to pass both with and without the "virtual/.../" prefix. The version without the prefix is expected NOT to pass due to being mentioned in NeverFixTests. I wonder if that is necessary so I will followup on that; but as far as this bug is concerned I believe it is resolved.
