Once carlosil's committed-interstitial work is completed, we should verify that the ThreatDetails pings and HitReport's aren't affected. Specifically, the referrer-chain should still contain all the appropriate URLs.  If they're rearranged in some way, we should tell SB folks so they are prepared.
