Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any web page which consist shadow css property.
2. or you can go to Google Drive->Login->hover on New Button in my Drive(Left corner button)

What is the expected behavior?
Shadow should be placed on perfect place.

What went wrong?
Right now shadow is placing on wrong place when we assign border-radius and shadow property with same css.
