Omnibox and fake omnibox are displayed for a moment on navigating back from incognito mode

Issue description

App Version: 70.0.3535.0 canary
iOS Version:10.3.3, 11.4.1, 12.0 beta 11
Devices:  iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone X, iPhone 8, iPad Mini

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch iOS Chrome
2. Open a New Tab Page
3. Long press on any most visited icon
4. Tap on ‘Open in New incognito Tab’
5. Go to normal mode

Observed results:
Omnibox and fake omnibox are displayed for a moment 

Expected results:
Should display only real omnibox on navigating back from incognito mode

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5

edchin@ this looks like a snapshotting issue, PTAL
Issue is that the snapshot used in the exit-tab-grid animation is of an unscrolled NTP, but the actual NTP is scrolled.
Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
This is fixed in the new improved snapshotting. This can be verified with WKWebViewSnapshots flag turned on. This flag will be defaulted on this week.
