Canvas semi-transparent pattern with shadows not working correctly

Reported by tomas.in...@gmail.com, Aug 29

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
https://codepen.io/onemotion/pen/JaRLaJ

What is the expected behavior?
The drop shadow should be visible behind the semi-transparent pattern

What went wrong?
Chrome seems to be optimized for non-alpha patterns and add something strange around the filled area without correct shadow blur

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.6

tomas.inbox@ Thanks for the issue.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, Mac OS 10.13.3 and Ubuntu 17.10 on the latest Stable 68.0.3440.106 and the latest Canary 70.0.3537.0 by following the given steps above.
Attached is the screen shot for reference.

This is a Non-Regression issue as this is observed from M-60 chrome builds.
Hence marking this as Untriaged for further updates from Dev.

Thanks..

Possibly a Skia issue? Would be great to capture an SKP if possible.
