Overlapping of Emoji icon is observed with faint text and looks weird.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 69.0.3497.72 (Official Build) Revision 5436874581c1838dd38d9be331791e79797fa30c-refs/branch-heads/3497@{#834} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows(10) and Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.6, 10.14). Precondition: Enable 'Emoji Context Menu' flag from chrome://flags. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch Chrome and navigate to https://www.facebook.com/ 2. Right click on any text-box and select 'Emoji' option from context menu. 3. Now click on any emoji icon and observe. Actual: Emoji icons overlaps with faint text. Expected: Faint text should disappears on clicking emoji icons. This is a Win-10 specific non-regression issue, seen from M-68 series as Emoji feature is introduced from build # 68.0.3425.0 NOTE: 1. This issue is also reproducible on Stable 68.0.3440.106 and Beta #69.0.3497.57 and Canary #70.0.3535.0 2. This issue is not observed on Windows(7,8,8.1) and Linux(14.04 LTS) machines.
