Issue descriptionChrome Version: 69.0.3497.72 (Official Build) Revision 5436874581c1838dd38d9be331791e79797fa30c-refs/branch-heads/3497@{#834}(64-bit) OS:Windows(10) Test URL:https://earth.google.com Steps to reproduce: 1.Launch chrome,Navigate to above URL. 2.Click on Wrench menu from three dots present in omnibox. 3.Select 'Create Shortcut' option. 4.Navigate to chrome://apps,Right Click on shortcut created choose 'open as window' 5.Click on shortcut,maximize the window and observe on shortcut window. Actual Result : White patch is seen while maximizing earth shortcut window. Expected Result :No such white patch should be seen while maximizing earth shortcut window. This is non regression issue seen from M60 #60.0.3072.0 Note:Issue is not seen on Windows(7,8,8.1),Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14) AND Linux(14.04 LTS). Kindly review the attached screen-cast .
