Add Chrome apps to demo mode resources

Begin adding Chrome apps to the demo_mode_resources repository so they will be included in the offline Demo Mode resources component.

Currently, apps added this way can be manually tested by generating the offline resources image and copying its files into:
  /mnt/stateful_partition/unencrypted/cros-components/demo-mode-resources/

then enrolling into offline Demo Mode.

This is not easy for testers to verify until offline Demo Mode is launched.
