Issue descriptionCROS:11012.0.0/70.0.3532.0 EVE Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add the label below). Steps To Reproduce: (1)Install Google Maps and Google Translate (2)Open browser tab and search for "Google Venice address" (3)Select address(340 Main...) using touch-pad and right-click on the selection. Expected Result: Context Menu should show actions for Chrome, Maps, and Translate below the Copy/Print section Actual Result: Context menu missing ARC++ apps. How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or log if possible. For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu page at the end of this report.

The feature is currently disabled because a feature flag (#smart-text-selection), can you enable it and then try again? I just tried it on my m70 dev channel Pixelbook and I see the feature working for me. There's an open CL to turn it on by default (https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1157279) but we want to go with the Finch approach, but I haven't had the time to get to it yet.

Sorry, I should've clarified also in the beginning: you will need an eve-arcnext image, not just regular Eve. The feature requires ARC++ P.
