Crostini, unable to reach localhost using simple node based servers

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10895.21.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.35 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10895.21.0 (Official Build) beta-channel coral-unibuild (astronaut babymega babytiger blacktip blacktip360 blue bruce coral epaulette lava nasher nasher360 porbeagle rabbid robo robo360 santa whitetip)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. install latest node
2. write simple localhost server
3. http://localhost

What is the expected behavior?
unable to serve websites or build api's 

What went wrong?
not sure, worked before latest beta update.

Did this work before? Yes previous to 24-Aug Beta update: 69.0.3497.58

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.35  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10895.21.0
Flash Version: 

I've also tried android app Termux, and still nothing on local host.

tried at home and at work at public wifi, doesn't work across either

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Make sure you are binding to 0.0.0.0 instead of localhost on the node side. Also, don't bind to a privileged port (<1024). You are trying to bind to port 80.
