The wording "Connected" is cut off in status area

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10895.30.0 (Official Build) dev-channel coral-unibuild (astronaut babymega babytiger blacktip blacktip360 blue bruce coral epaulette lava nasher nasher360 porbeagle rabbid robo robo360 santa whitetip) test

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connect Wi-Fi
2. Click Wi-Fi icon on right bottom corner
3. Click Network option
4. Check Wording "Connected"

What is the expected behavior?
The wording "Connected" displayed normally

What went wrong?
The wording "Connected" is cut off

This issue is verified pass on Epaulette with R69-10895.47.0.

Environment:
Chrome OS version: R69-10895.47.0
BIOS version: Google_Coral.10068.71.0
EC: coral_v1.1.7287-0dafc64dd

Verify fail ("已連線")on Epaulette under TC language.
