On browser back previously selected radio button is selected even though checked attribute is present in other option

Reported by bas...@therapservices.net, Aug 28

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Render (Server side) a form with default selected radio button
2. Submit that form selecting other option
3. Press browser back and even though html has checked in default selected but previously selected radio is shown as marked

What is the expected behavior?
Default selected radio should be marked as it is sending request to the server and re rendering the form again

What went wrong?
Problem is even though server side and html checked attribute has default selected value for the radio but it appears wrong in the ui.

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable

This is an intended behavior. Chrome tries to restore the last page state as much as possible on back-forward navigation or page restoring.

Web authors can avoid this behavior by autocomplete=off.
