I have attached two pdf. The chromium_reproducing_steps.pdf contains the reproducing steps for that issue while Firefox_expected_behavior contains the expected behavior. Also, this issue is persistent in checkbox and other input types.

This is an intended behavior. Chrome tries to restore the last page state as much as possible on back-forward navigation or page restoring. Web authors can avoid this behavior by autocomplete=off. |
