webrtc not working in ssl(https enabled on my server)

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 68.0.3440.106
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:ok
    IE/Edge:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.registering https failed to create websocket
2.
3.

What is the expected result?
registering sip account

What happens instead of that?
not registering

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This appears to be an issue connecting to a WebSocket server, rather than something specific to WebRTC. Is that correct?

Try entering https://ap1.pulsework360.com:8089/ in the location bar and see what SSL error is reported. I suspect that Chrome doesn't trust your certificate authority, whereas Firefox does.
