Kanji font rendering issue

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.  <p style="  font-family: 游ゴシック体, 'Yu Gothic', YuGothic; font-weight: bold;">設定</p>
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
just effect Yu Gothic and bold style

What went wrong?
Only '設' is outlined (?)

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.6

hashizumi@ Thanks for the issue.

Tried testing the issue on Mac OS 10.13.3 and Windows 10 on the reported version 68.0.3440.106 by trying to load a HTML page with the above given code in it, but unable to view the 'Yu Gothic' font.
Request you to provide a sample file where this is issue can be reproduced, which will help in further triaging.

Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.13.3 using chrome reported version #68.0.3440.106, latest stable #69.0.3497.81 and latest canary #71.0.3542.0.
Attached a screen shot for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Navigated to url: https://codepen.io/zmkn/pen/WgGJxv
2. Did not observe any '設' is outlined.

hashizumi@ - Could you please check this issue on latest stable #69.0.3497.81 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.
The latest chrome builds can be downloaded from the below URL:

I installed latest version Chrome but it still happens. I don't have any idea haha

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 68.0.3440.106 and on latest chrome# 69.0.3497.81 using Mac 10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.3 and 10.13.6 with URL provided in comment# 3. As the issue is unable to reproduce from TE end, hence requesting someone from the Dev team have a look at this issue and provide further inputs on it.

I can't reproduce either.

Reporter, would it be possible for you to try on other apps on your Mac, or other Macs? It's hard to help without being able to reproduce.
I installed new OS version macOS Mojave and then it fixed. So I think previous version (High Sierra) had some problems about font system. And sorry I can't reproduce forever...
