Translate not working properly

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Got to the translate - English to Arabic
2. Change the word "Timeline Work Week" to Arabic
3. Change that translated Arabic word to English
4. See the translate word.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
translate miss match

vengatm92@ Thanks for the issue.

Tested this issue on Windows 10 on the reported version 68.0.3440.106 and the latest Canary 70.0.3535.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps.

1. Launched Chrome and navigated to translate page from English to Arabic.
2. Entered the word "Timeline Work Week" under English and it it translated to Arabic.
3. Changed the translated Arabic word to English and could observe it is translated correctly.
Attached is the screen cast for reference.

Request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations.
