Video duration changes every keyframe

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.84 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. play video
2. observe duration time change during playback

What is the expected behavior?
video time is ~12:06, ffmpeg reports this correctly.

What went wrong?
This is a gag video, not sure if it is expected behavior, since it acts the same way in FF, VLC, MPV, etc.

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5

Does this work in other browsers? No

Not much we can do about this. If the media encodes the duration incorrectly this is the result.
