Issue descriptionChrome Version: (copy from chrome://version) OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) In tablet mode, drag a browser window or an app window from top. The new selector item's size should match the dragged window's size (maximized window size) (2) Snap two windows in splitscreen and then drag one window from top. The new selector item's size should match the dragged window's size (snapped window size) (3) Snap one window in splitscreen and with the other windows showing in overview in the other side of the screen, drag the snapped window, the new selector item's size should match the dragged window's size (snapped window size)
