sign in screen touch cursor is misbehaving

That screenshot is showing the gaia screen which is hosted in a webview. I suspect this is an issue with the virtual keyboard (VK), blink, or possibly gaia team not updating the cursor position. Assigning to blakeo@ for triage from VK perspective.
