Too many chrome profiles obscures buttons

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add a whole bunch of different Chrome Profiles
2. Watch them disappear!

What is the expected behavior?
I can see all profiles and related buttons at once

What went wrong?
I cannot see the bottom two buttons

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
