I'm enabling dual configuration (LegacyLayout/LayoutNG) for LayoutBoxTest in https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1185901, and found that LayoutBoxTest.MarkerContainerLayoutOverflowRect fails in LayoutNG mode. It seems that the anonymous marker container has not been added LayoutOverflow from the text child.
