cros_portage_upgrade complains about not covering (unsupported?) x86 architecture

Project Member Reported by rsleevi@chromium.org, Aug 27

Issue description

Running cros_portage_upgrade with --board=amd64-generic:arm-generic:chell for a package results in the following:

You have selected boards for archs ['amd64', 'arm'], which does not cover all standard archs ['amd64', 'arm', 'x86']
If you continue with this upgrade you may break builds for architectures not covered by your
boards. Continue only if you have a reason to limit this upgrade to these specific architectures.

However, as far as I can tell, there are no supported x86 boards, and thus x86 should be removed from standard architectures.

Seems reasonable to me. vapier@: any objection?
we should try to rework cros_portage_upgrade's handling of $ARCH in general, but just dropping x86 for now is probably easy enough
