Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open up Chrome 2. Go to any web pages 3. Long-press "Recent button" for entering to a multi-window mode What is the expected behavior? Web page should be displayed correctly in a multi-window mode. What went wrong? A web page becomes blurred when Chrome is in a multi-window mode. Did this work before? Tested the issue on android and unable to reproduce the issue Steps to reproduce: -------------------------- 1. Launched chrome and navigated to edition.cnn.com 2. Long pressed recent tabs button so that chrome is opened in multi window mode. -- Didn't observe any blurred text Chrome version: 66.0.3359.46 , 67.0.3396.87 , 68.0.3440.70 OS: Android 8.1 Android device: Nexus 6P @ seiyon.park: Please check the above steps and let us know if we miss anything. Is this issue consistently reproducible? Any information on reproducing the issue would help in better triaging. Thanks!
