Precondition : Enable 'Enable network service' flag from chrome://flags


Steps to reproduce:
(1)Launch chrome  and press F12 and perform audit on NTP.
(2)Observe audit results under section like performance.

Actual  :Question mark '?' is seen in results of section like performance in audit.
Expected: Result should be seen for audits on NTP .

Just to add some information:

Did this work with Enable network service flag disable?
Yes

Above issue is Non-Regression broken in M-69 .
