Cannot type Chinese for inputs

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open link in facebook app
2. Unable to type Chinese for text inputs

What is the expected behavior?
It should be able to type Chinese for default web input

What went wrong?
Cannot type Chinese for web text inputs

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.91  Channel: stable
OS Version: 8.0.0
Flash Version: 

It's WebView
