Chrome down loading issue .sometimes pdf files could not download from chrome browser

I couldn't download pdf file from Google Chrome browser but I could down pdf file from other browser like mozilla fire fox.

Hi Baijesh, thanks for filing! We need more information to reproduce this problem. 

Can you please provide the following information: 
- the link for a specific pdf you are unable to download?
- which version of Chrome you are using (see chrome://version)
- which version of the operating system you are using

I tried a couple of OTR instructions link in www.keralapsc.gov.in on Android O. Can't reproduce the issue. It seems the pdf is downloaded and auto opened.

Hi, Baijesh, can you provide a detailed link where pdf download will fail?
