Site flickers and stops responding after autofill

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3528.4 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://www.pes.electionsquebec.qc.ca/services/ses0022.fiche.contribution/identification-identite.php Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to https://don.quebecsolidaire.net/ and click a $ amount. (Don't worry, the bug will manifest before actually making a donation.) This will take you to a donation site at https://www.pes.electionsquebec.qc.ca/. 2. Click the "prenom" (first name) field and choose an identity from the autofill dropdown. What is the expected behavior? Fields like name and address are filled out by autofill. What went wrong? After autofill does its thing, the "numero de telephone" and "code postale" fields start flickering and the input fields don't respond to keypresses. Also if I focus another input field, it starts flickering too. Right click / paste works, though. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 70.0.3528.4 Channel: dev OS Version: glinux (4.9.0-7-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.110-1 (2018-07-05) x86_64 GNU/Linux) Flash Version: Focusing another tab and then returning stops the flickering.

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version #70.0.3528.4 on Ubuntu 17.10 by following below steps. Steps: ===== 1.Launched chrome. 2.Navigated to chrome://settings/autofill and added new address. 3.Navigated to https://don.quebecsolidaire.net/ and clicked $25 amount. 4.When a new page opens clicked on "prenom" and observed all details gets filled in their appropriate fields. 5.Clicked on "Code postal", able to enter the value and did not see any flickering. Attached screencast for reference. @reporter: Could you please review the attached screencast and let us know if anything is being missed here. If possible request you provide screencast of the issue so that it would be really helpful for better triaging of the issue. Thanks.!

Steps in the screencast look correct. I also can't reproduce this any more.
