Can't add notes in OneNote Online App. I can add new note pages, title them, but cant write notes.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Login to Microsoft OneNote Web App.
2. Create or choose any existing note page.
3. Click on the note text.
4. Cant write a single letter. 

What is the expected behavior?
Writing letters. 

What went wrong?
You can click on the space, when its should be possible to write, OneNote Web App light the space when you want to write, but after typing letters on keyboard nothing happens. 

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106  Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
Flash Version: 

Tried on Firefox - everything works fine.

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version #68.0.3440.106 using Ubuntu 17.10, by following below steps.

Steps:
=====
1.Launched chrome.
2.Navigated to 'https://www.onenote.com/notebooks???wdorigin=poc&wdorigin=ondcauth0&wdsn=1&auth=1'
3.Logged into Microsoft OneNote Web App.
4.Created a new note page and entered the data.
5.Observed that the letters can be written in the new note.
Note: Able to edit the existing note page also.

Attached screencast for reference.
@Reporter: Could you please review the attached screen-shot and confirm if anything being missed here .Retry this issue with fresh profile without any extensions and apps , reset all the flags to default and let us know if issue still persists.

After reseting all to deflauts its works.
