Layout disorder in some webpages

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Open http://www.gzsjyt.gov.cn/ywgz/jyfw/zcfg/index.html

What is the expected behavior?
the webpage shows normal

What went wrong?
the webpage shows unnormal

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106  Channel: stable
OS Version: 8.0
Flash Version: 

There are some others pages also have the some problem:

It seems that all those text default font size is 14px, but the computed size is >30px. Does this cause the problem?
Or it's the webpage's issue, because they don't follow the HTML spec?

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Sounds like you have changed the default or minimum font size or changed the zoom level. Try to restore all font settings to their defualt or try a new profile. If the problem persists please file a new bug with a screenshot showing the problem.

Thanks for you update.
Actually, I didn't change the default font size and any other settings.
I will create another bug with the screenshot.
