UI actions very slow

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Click on the header bar 2. Try to type there 3. See that text box ( ready to type getting more time) What is the expected behavior? If we click on any UI, It will reflect its action as very fast. What went wrong? UI actions very slow. for example, If we try to type any text on text box, the pointer getting more time to ready to type. And also, DevTools also very slow Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Hi vengatm92, thanks for filing! I need a bit more information to reproduce the problem. Can you please share the page/code snippet that you're browsing that is slow? Are you able to provide a screen cast to show the problem? In your steps to reproduce, you say to 'click the header bar'. I'm not sure what you mean by that, are you talking about an element inside a web page or the omnibox for chrome itself?

Hi Team, Thanks for the response. There is no particular code/page cast. This problem occurs every sites in chrome browser while filling the fomrs. Refer the attached snip. In above, i have filled this form with spell mistake(word: fomrs). So I'm trying to edit this word now. but the poiter will ready after some times later.

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 68.0.3440.106 using Windows-10 steps mentioned below: 1) Launched chrome reported version and tried typing in the omni-box, able to see the text immediately after typing it 2) Also tried testing the issue by giving the mistake word in the text and tried changing the word, on clicked on the word able to see the cursor to edit the word @Reporter: Please find the attached screencast for your reference and let us know if we missed anything in reproducing the issue, try to test this issue by creating new profile with no apps and extensions in it and let us know if the issue still persists. Thanks!
