You can try doing a hardware reset: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/3227606?hl=en&vid=0-1194293641128-1535386180426
Already did a hard reset without any change, also removed the battery for 30 minutes and connected it again, still no showing the battery icon and runned battery test on crosh, still showing the same message: no battery found

Is the device currently running on battery power?

And what device is it? Please paste the first four lines of chrome://version.

Please file a feedback report using Alt+Shift+i and mention "877735" in the description.

Also, you can remove the battery?

Yes, I already removed the battery and instaled back, do you need it to be removed to do some tests?

I have done what you suggested! Already removed the battery, made a hard rest, changed the AC power and still not working, is there anything else you suggest me to do? I’m very frustraded.

tbroch@ or bleung@ can speak more authoritatively, but if reconnecting the battery and doing a hard reset didn't fix it, my suspicion is that it's bad hardware and that the only option is to RMA it to the manufacturer.

Agreed, its likely a hardware issue with battery.
