SearchBox is in separate widget for obsolete reasons, unnecessarily increasing code complexity

Here is the CL that introduced this: https://codereview.chromium.org/770813004

To reduce complexity, and allow for more fine control of the view hierarchy (and more specifically search box's place within it) we should combine search box view back into the standard app_list_view hierarchy
