Summary:

The customer has noticed since v68 update the blue circle notification for updates on pinned tabs has been removed from the Chrome browser.  The request is to bring this feature back for future updates at least as a manageable option for those users that want to have that feature enabled.

Use case / Motivation:
The blue circle notification was a very useful and productivity friendly way to keep visibility of changes in the pinned websites as a way to multitask.  The visibility of the blue circle is way better than the small changes that happen in favicons which go mostly unnoticed.

Existing workarounds:
Favicons change to notify of changes, however this depends on the website's designer and users want this feature to come back to Chrome browser which is the tool they chose to use for their business.
